Full-Service
Our Full-Service model will assign one or more dedicated account managers to the referrals that your branches send in. We track all of the referrals and provide monthly reporting on the sales cycle of that merchant referral. Once that client is approved for a merchant account, you will receive an aggregated summary report for all active merchants. We are also responsible for the merchant for all equipment sales and service, which includes 24/7/365 technical support.
Shared-Service
Shared-Service allows the bank to dedicate one of its own internal employees to train with our team, utilize our company resources, customized co-branded sales proposals, technical support resources for specialized integrations and more. In this scenario, your team is the tier-1 sales & support contact, and we are there to back you up.
